Unlimited Healthcare Benefits
Now extended until the end of December 2023
In early 2020, in response to the impact of Covid-19, we announced that we were giving our 600,000 members unlimited access to our most popular benefits and services, at no additional charge.
The reaction of our members has been phenomenal, and so we’re delighted to announce that we will continue to extend access to essential healthcare benefits at no additional cost for another full year, until end of December 2023.
While fair usage applies, members can access;
- Unlimited access for members aged 17+ to video consultations with a GP
- Unlimited access to digital consultations with a Physio for members aged 16+
- Unlimited 1:1 video consultations with Health & Wellbeing experts covering parenting, financial and wellbeing advice our essential healthcare benefit – for members aged 16+
- Unlimited access to personal consultation with an expert nutritionist – for members aged 16+
- Unlimited access to Healthcoach video consultations, for members aged 18+
- Unlimited access to Laya Healthcare Concierge service, for members aged 18+
- Unlimited access to private online Covid-19 referral by a GP for members aged 17+
Product level benefits will not be affected as a result of members accessing services during this period.

*GPlive appointments can be booked by members aged 17+. Appointments can be booked for members under 17, but this can only be done by a parent or guardian. Online physio and health & wellbeing experts are available to members aged 16+. Healthcoach consultations available to members aged 18+. Laya Healthcare Concierge available to members aged 18+, but a parent or guardian can call on behalf of members under 18.
