Monthly Direct Debit Collections:

If you are paying monthly, your direct payment will come out during the first week of each month. To help you plan, here are the payment dates for the next few months:

• 5th May 2017
• 2nd June 2017
• 7th July 2017
• 4th August 2017
• 8th September 2017
• 6th October 2017
• 3rd  November 2017

If your payment is unsuccessful one month, we’ll roll it over to the next month and collect both instalments in one go. If direct debit doesn’t go through two months in a row, give us a call and we can chat about an alternative payment method.

Quarterly Direct Debit Collections:

If you are paying quarterly, your direct debit payment will be collected on the first week of your renewal month and quarterly from then. The quarterly frequency is dependant on your renewal month. To help you plan, we have outlined the collection months below;

If your payment is unsuccessful one quarter, we’ll roll it over to the following month and normal payments will resume the next quarter.
