Our classes and seminars are built around eight Health and Wellbeing themes, delivered over an 8 week period, so you can track your progress and progression.

But don’t worry, if you don’t start in week 1, you can still book your place at any time, for any class or seminar throughout the 8 week programme.  And remember it’s all free, and all live.
