We know our members lead busy lives and so we are always looking at ways to help make things a little easier. We’re hoping our new Laya Healthcare Member App, along with our existing Member Area is going to take the hassle out of managing your health insurance online.
While we will continue to make improvements and bring you new and useful features on the app, the first part of this journey has focussed on claiming as we know this is a top priority for our members.
And claiming has never been easier with our new app. The main member on your policy can now submit your claims for everyday medical expenses through the app at any point during the year - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How does the app work?
The Laya Healthcare Member App is really easy to use. It works by allowing you to take a photo of your receipt using your phone and submitting it through the app. Watch this quick video to see it for yourself.
How to use our app to claim every-day medical expenses (outpatient)
Getting started, all you need to know to claim from Laya Healthcare.
- You must be the main policy holder to use the Laya Healthcare Member App.
- If you have already registered on our online Member Area, you can use those same details to log into the app.
- Once this is done you can login and submit your claim.
- You can also check all your claims in your personalised online Member area.
What else can I do on the app?
