Professor John Gallagher, Managing Director, Cognate Health
Professor John Gallagher is a Specialist in Occupational Medicine and Adjunct Professor in Occupational Medicine at the College of Medicine and Health at UCC. John is founder and Managing Director of Cognate Health Ltd which delivers on a new vision of how occupational healthcare can be provided. Recently, Professor Gallagher has overseen the rollout of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccination programme to over 5000 frontline healthcare workers.
Dr. Sarah O Neill, Chartered Psychologist, MD of Spectrum Mental Health and Director of Spectrum Wellness
Sarah O’Neill is a chartered counselling psychologist. Sarah completed her studies and clinical training in Trinity College Dublin. Sarah has worked clinically with individuals across the life span in a diversity of settings (including community, general hospital and psychiatric in-patient settings), in both the public and private sector. Sarah currently works in a management role in the private sector as the Clinical Director of Spectrum Life and MD of Spectrum Mental Health – splitting her time between clinical practice, service level clinical governance, and supporting the Mental Health teams who work with service users (individuals and company clients). Sarah is passionate about increasing understanding and developing awareness around mental health, decreasing barriers to accessing care, and ensuring evidence based, clinically robust services are delivered across all sectors of Spectrum Life’s business.
Chris Flack, Founder of Unplug
UnPlug Co-Founder Chris Flack has over fifteen years in tech and organisational behaviour consulting. He has experienced many of the negative impacts of information overload and witnessed how information overload and an ‘always on’ culture have changed many people's lives.
Chris also brings a wealth of international experience to UnPlug. Several career breaks in his corporate life allowed him to spend four years travelling and working in senior strategy roles for international aid organisations across four continents. Chris is accredited as an All-Stars Thought Leader, is a lead teacher at the Digital Wellness Institute, and regularly speaks throughout Europe. In 2021 Chris will be graduating from DCU with an MSc in Organisation Work & Behaviour.

Annette is a seasoned professional with 20 years-experience in customer service leadership. She coaches her leaders and her customer service teammates to set them up for success and achieve their targets and has introduced 'lean' programmes that deliver costs savings and invests in the things that matter most to customers and teammates. Annette is an advocate of career development and champions culture and inclusion.
