Our promise to ‘look after you always’ extends to our new digital services so that managing your health insurance is only ever a click away 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a Laya Healthcare member there’s so much to discover. Your Member Area allows you log in, check your cover, view your policy and view all of the benefits that apply to you.
New - Check your Procedure Code:
We want to make things a little easier for our members and we’re constantly trying to find ways to help you. Our team have now improved Member Area to give you the ability to check whether you’re covered for procedures and consultants online. You can even print or email your unique reference code.
With Member Area you can:
Check your procedure codes and everyday medical expenses cover
Make changes to your personal details
Review your hospital and scan centres cover
View your claims history and download your statement of claim
Update your contact preferences, such as whether you would like to receive your documentation by email rather than post
Find out more about additional benefits which are specific to your scheme e.g. our HeartBeat screening or Healthcoach benefit.
Some actions can only be carried out by the Main Member on the policy, these are:
Renew your policy
Download your policy documentation
Add a member to your policy(Don't forget newborns are free up to your renewal - just add them within 13 weeks of their birth)
