Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and older.
2. Laya healthcare employees, their agents, families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the competition.
3. To be included in the competition draw entrants must include their email address in the survey link.
4. The competition will run during September 2024. A winner will be announced the first week of October 2024
5. Winner will be contacted via email.
6. The prize consists of a €100 one for all voucher.
7. Prizes are not transferable for any other alternative.
8. Only one entry per person will be entered into draw.
9. Laya healthcare’s decision of winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. If laya healthcare is unable to contact the winner within 30 days, it will draw a replacement winner and the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
11. Laya healthcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.
12. By entering the competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
