As a Laya Healthcare member there’s so much to discover. Your Member Area allows you log in, check your cover, view your policy and view all of the benefits that apply to you.
With Member Area you can:
Check your everyday medical expenses cover
Make changes to your personal details
Review your hospital and scan centres cover
View your claims history and download your statement of claim
Update your contact preferences, such as whether you would like to receive your documentation by email rather than post

Some actions can only be carried out by the Main Member on the policy, these are:
Renew your policy
Download your policy documentation
Add a member to your policy(Don't forget newborns are free up to your renewal - just add them within 13 weeks of their birth)

What's new? Member Area extended to all adults
We have extended our Member Area to all adults. If you have adult dependants on your policy simply login and enter the email address and mobile number for the adults on your policy. Then they can activate their accounts and check their personalised cover instantly.
