Website Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over.
    • Employees of Laya Healthcare, their agents, families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  2. How to Enter
    • Simply submit your name, contact number, email and age via the entry form.
    • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  3. Competition Dates
    • The competition runs from Tuesday, 25th November 2025 to Monday, 5th January 2026.
    • The winner will be contacted during the week of 12th January 2026 by email or phone.
  4. Prize Details
    • 1 winner will receive 2 tickets to:
      • A Leinster match (TBC) at the new Laya Arena in 2026
      • A signed Leinster jersey
      • Laya Arena Goodies
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
    • Participants are only eligible to win tickets for this game.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    • Laya Healthcare’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, a replacement winner will be drawn, and the original winner will forfeit the prize.
  6. Additional Conditions
    • Laya Healthcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
    • By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  7. Photo Sharing Requirement
    • By entering, you agree to share a photo of yourself and your guest at the game (e.g., a selfie or group photo).
    • These images may be used on Laya Healthcare’s digital and member communication channels to promote community, connection, and the joy of match day.
    • Laya will only post images with permission from everyone featured in the photo.

DTM Ticket Giveaway T&Cs

 

  • This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and older.
  • Laya healthcare employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from this competition. To be included in the draw, entrants must correctly answer our test of skill question, along with submitting their first name, surname and email address.
  • Test of skill question: In what stadium will Munster take on Leinster on December 27th 2025? A) Croke Park B) Thomond Park C) Wembley Stadium
  • The competition will run from Wednesday,9th December to Friday, 12th December at 9am. Winners will be contacted via email.
  • Please look in your inbox and junk mail for an email to the winners from laya healthcare via pickme@layahealthcare.ie around this period of time.
  • The prize consists of 2 tickets to the following game: 1 winner x 2 tickets – December 27th: Munster v Leinster at Thomond Park, Cork
  • Prizes are not transferable for any other alternative. Only one entry per person will be entered into draw.
  • Participants are only eligible to win x 2 tickets to this game.
  • Laya healthcare’s decision of winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that laya healthcare is unable to contact the winner within 3 days, laya will draw a replacement winner and the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
  • Laya healthcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.
  • By entering the competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
  • By entering this ticket giveaway – you will agree to send a photograph(s) of you at the select game with the people you bring (e.g. an iPhone selfie or picture). At laya we are looking to promote the fun, community, and connection that a match day game can bring us all – by promoting it on our laya digital & member communication channels. By sharing images of people connecting with old and / or new friends at games, we hope to encourage future connection and help combat loneliness in Ireland. Laya will only post images on our digital and member communication channels with the permission from those in the photograph.

Social Competition Terms & Conditions

Eligibility 
This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and older. Employees of laya healthcare and AXA, their agents, families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. 

How to Enter 
To be included in the draw, entrants must:

Note: entrants will only qualify for the post that they interact with as per entry requirements. Entrants will only be eligible to win a prize relating to the relevant grid post. 

Competition Dates 
The competition will run from: Thursday 11th  December to Thursday 18th December   
The three winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @LayaArena account on Tuesday the 6th of January. Please check both your inbox and message requests during this period. 

Prizes 
Three winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one of the following experiences: 

Rugby – Up Close: The Try Line Experience 

  • 2 × premium tickets to an upcoming rugby match (taking place between August 2026 to August 2027) 
  • 1-night stay at InterContinental Dublin (standard room + breakfast) for the night of the match only. 
  • €150 dinner voucher for the InterContinental for the night of the match only. 
  • Welcome cocktails for two at the InterContinental Lobby Lounge, for the night of the match only. 
  • Laya Arena limited-edition merchandise 

 

Gig – Up Close: The Front Row Experience 

  • 2 × premium gig tickets (taking place between August 2026 to August 2027) 
  • €150 dinner voucher for the InterContinental for the night of the match only. 
  • 1-night hotel stay (standard room + breakfast) for the night of the gig only. 
  • Laya Arena limited-edition merchandise 

Horse Show – Up Close: The Show jump Experience 

  • 2 × premium Horse Show tickets (taking place between August 2026 to August 2027) 
  • Hospitality access (pending availability) for the day of the horse show only. 
  • 1-night hotel stay (standard room + breakfast) for the night of the horse show only. 
  • Laya Arena limited-edition merchandise 

 

Entry Conditions 

Participants are only eligible to win one prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives or cash equivalents will be offered. 

Winner Selection 
The three winners will be contacted on Tuesday the 6th of January. 

Laya healthcare’s decision regarding the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
In the event that laya healthcare is unable to contact a selected winner within 7 days, a replacement winner will be chosen. The original winner will forfeit the prize. 

Data Protection 
Personal data supplied during the competition will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the competition in line with laya healthcare’s privacy policy.
