This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and older.
Laya healthcare employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from this competition. To be included in the draw, entrants must select their preferred province, along with submitting their first name, surname and email address and membership number.

The competition will run from Monday 8th October to Friday 15th October 2026. The winner will be selected and contacted via email on or before Monday 19th October.

The prize consists of a signed Leinster Rugby ball by Dan Sheehan.
Prizes are not transferable for any other alternative. Only one entry per person will be entered into draw.
Participants are only eligible to win a signed Leinster Rugby Ball by Dan Sheehan only.
Laya healthcare’s decision of winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that laya healthcare is unable to contact the winner within 3 days, laya will draw a replacement winner and the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
Laya healthcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.

Provincial Jersey Giveaway T&Cs

To be in with a chance of winning, please select your provincial jersey of choice
- A) Munster Rugby
- B) Leinster Rugby
- C) Connacht Rugby
The competition will run from Monday 12th October 2026 to Monday 31st May 2027. A winner will be selected each month to receive their provincial jersey of choice. Winners will be contacted via email on or before the 1st of each month from November 2026 to June 2027.
