Laya Healthcare Competition

1. This competition is open to laya healthcare members who are residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and older.
2. Laya healthcare employees, their agents, families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the competition.
3. To be eligible for the competition draw, entrants must change their contact preference from post to email.
4. The competition will run until 30^th September 2024. A winner will be announced a week after the competition closes.
5. Winner will be contacted via email.
6. The prize is a €750 gift voucher for the Monart Hotel in County Wexford. The winner must book their stay directly with the Monart Hotel.
7. Prizes are not transferable for any other alternative.
8. Only one entry per person will be entered into draw.
9. Laya healthcare’s decision of winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. In the event that laya healthcare is unable to contact the winner within 30 days, it will draw a replacement winner and the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
11. Laya healthcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.
12. By entering the competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
