Social Media Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or older. Employees of laya healthcare, their agents, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To be entered into the prize draw, participants must complete all of the following actions on Instagram:

  • Like and share the competition post
  • Follow @LayaArena
  • Tag the person/people they would bring in the comments

Only entries that fulfil all entry requirements before the closing date will be considered valid.

3. Competition Dates

  • The competition will open on Sunday 26th April 2026
  • The competition will close Sunday 10th of May 2026
  • The winner will be selected and contacted on Monday, 11th May 2026

4. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The prize consists of a Family Horse Show ticket experience, which includes:

  • The winner will receive one ‘family ticket’ (two adults + two children) to attend the Dublin Horseshow on a day of their choosing, between the Wednesday 5th – Sunday 9th August.

Prize details are subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

5. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative
  • Travel, accommodation, food, or any additional expenses not expressly included are the responsibility of the winner
  • The winner must be available to attend on the allocated date(s)

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @LayaArena account
  • If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, laya healthcare reserves the right to select an alternative winner

The decision of laya healthcare is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Data Protection

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with laya healthcare’s privacy policy.

8. General

  • laya healthcare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram
  • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
