Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or older. Employees of laya healthcare, their agents, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

To be entered into the prize draw, participants must complete the dedicated competition entry here:  https://www.layahealthcare.ie/layaarena/competition/

Participants must also correctly answer the skills question in the form.

Only entries that fulfil all entry requirements before the closing date will be considered valid.

3. The Prize

The Laya Front Row experiences run across two days of the Gallagher Dublin Horse Show, on Wednesday 5 August and Saturday 8 August, Family Day.  Two (2) winners will be selected to win ‘Front Row’ access for two people on Wednesday, 5th August and one (1) winner will be selected to win ‘Front Row’ access for a family of four (4) on Saturday 8th August.

The Laya Front Row Experience is access you can see: a row of unmissable pink seats right at the heart of the action. The selected winners will be hosted upon arrival and walked to your seats, where food and drink will be served to you, and where you can enjoy a front row view of all the action.

 

4. Competition Dates

  • The competition opens 23rd of July 2026.
  • The competition will close at 12pm on the 31st of July 2026.
  • The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will be contacted by Legacy Communications, on behalf of laya healthcare, on the 1st August, 2026.
  • Members should look in their inbox and junk for an email from this address (@legacycommunications.ie) around this period of time.

 

5. Prize Conditions

  • The winner must be a current laya healthcare member with a valid membership number
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative
  • Travel, accommodation, food, or any additional expenses not expressly included are the responsibility of the winner
  • The winner must be available to attend on the allocated date(s)
  • The winner agrees to be photographed and/or filmed on the day of the prize experience, with content captured for use across laya healthcare channels, including social media, website, and marketing communications

7. General

    • Laya healthcare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
