Terms and Conditions - Laya Healthcare Competition

1. This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and older.
2. Laya healthcare employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the competition.
3. To be included in the competition draw entrants must email their answer, along with their first name, surname and email address to pickme@layahealthcare.ie
4. The competition will run from Tuesday 10th May to Sunday 22nd May, 2022. A winner will be announced week of 23rd May 2022.
5. Winner will be contacted via email.
6. The prize consists of a signed Connacht Rugby Jersey
7. Prizes are not transferable for any other alternative.
8. Only one entry per person will be entered into draw.
9. Participants are only eligible to win one signed Connacht Rugby Jersey
10. Laya healthcare’s decision of winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. In the event that laya healthcare is unable to contact the winner within 30 days, it will draw a replacement winner and the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
12. Laya healthcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.
