Laya Healthcare uncovers The Heartbeat of Leinster Rugby

Pen Selda Simsek Glasses 1 min read

We went behind the scenes at Leinster Rugby's European clash with Montpellier to capture the heart racing moments of the game. In order to find out just what it means to be the heartbeat of Leinster Rugby, we teamed up with some ‘True Blue’ supporters and Leo the Lion to help us.

The heartbeats of these four Leinster Rugby supporters were monitored while they watched the game. Our first participant, Daragh Coleman was monitored from the comfort of his home while the remaining participants Audrey Hevey, John Martin and Leinster’s own Leo the Lion were monitored live at the RDS.

While post-match analysis was taking place, laya healthcare were doing analysis of another kind, assessing and measuring the heart racing moments of the game, based on the data gathered with heart monitor technology that each participant was wearing throughout the 80 minutes.
