Phone support, 24 hours a day
As a laya healthcare member aged over 16, you can call and arrange to speak to a qualified counsellor at any time, day or night.
- The 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme is a confidential service, included in your scheme at no extra cost to you.
- Speak about your mental health, financial and legal issues, work-related stress or anxiety, or any other challenges you’re facing.
- The counsellor may also be able to refer you for five face-to-face counselling sessions, depending on your cover.
