GPline

24/7 phone access to a GP

With laya healthcare’s GPline, you can get advice from a doctor whenever you need to - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How does it work?

By calling us on 021 202 2860, you'll speak with a nurse who will triage your call and offer advice. If they can’t help you, they will arrange for a doctor to call you back at a time that suits you.

What should I do if I need a prescription or referral?

You can access these services by booking a face to face consultation with a doctor using our GPlive service.

What should I do if I have a question about pregnancy?

Unfortunately, GPline isn't allowed to give you advice if you're pregnant or if you think you're pregnant. In cases like this, it's best to seek the personal care of your regular doctor.

Are there instances where I shouldn't call GPline?

In a few cases, the GPline isn’t always allowed to help you.

And, if it’s an emergency, you should always contact the emergency services immediately. Please don’t delay in getting the treatment you need. For everything else, GPline is a confidential and easy way for you to get medical advice at a time that works for you.
