Mental health is a key part of our overall health and wellbeing, but often we don’t give it the attention it requires. Mental health problems are commonplace in our society, with one in four of us experiencing some form of mental health issue at some point in our lives.

Our mental health team consists of highly trained psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists who are all experts in their respective fields and are motivated by the promotion of positive mental health and wellbeing to all individuals in the workplace, irrespective of background or role.
