In this 6 Week Mindfulness class we will explore how to be more present and aware. We learn how to press the pause button and develop an appreciation of every moment.
We learn how to press the pause button and develop an appreciation of every moment. By using simple mindfulness techniques in everyday life you will finish the course empowered. Each class ends with a deeply relaxing yoga meditation leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
The class is delivered by a qualified yoga instuctor.
Mindfulness classes can facilitate up to 12 people per class. These classes can run for a 6 week period.
