HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes are scientifically proven to jump start your metabolism and help you get into the best shape of your life.
Classes are structured around high-intensity periods of work followed by recovery periods. Exercise selection is varied, utilising a variety of equipment and techniques. For a quick and effective workout, our HIIT can’t
be beat. Classes can be scaled for all levels of fitness, and your instructor will make sure you are working to
your maximum capacity in a safe fashion.

HIIT Classes can facilitate 12 people. These classes can run for a 6 or a 12 week period.
