24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme

Our 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme, your Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a confidential counselling service that provides support to your employees and their families. It comes with a dedicated video consultation app and offers immediate help and support in managing whatever work or personal issues you are facing. We offer unlimited access, for you and your family, to a telephone helpline, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The service can be accessed quickly and easily by phone, through our website, via live chat, or through our specially designed app.

24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme provides a first-line response to providing prevention, triage and short-term problem resolution services to a company's team and select family members. It is also available to managers to support them through any personal issues they might have while also helping them with any unique issues they may face in their role. It can be used by an employee, a spouse/partner and any dependent over the age of 16 who is living in the same household.

If an individual is referred into video counselling, they will receive a link to create an account with a fully customised health portal. Video counselling has many of the advantages of telephone counselling such as convenience, affordability and accessibility, with less of the drawbacks like the inability to pick up on visual cues and the difficulty in connecting the counsellor with the client. It is available to use on desktop, tablets and mobile devices.

We also provide an app which is available to download from the IOS and Android stores. The app provides many of the features of the main portal such as:

We accept management referrals and provide support to managers who, with the employee's express permission, may wish to refer their team employees. Following the counselling sessions, with the participant's signed consent, we can send a summary via secure mail to the referring individual to inform them of the outcome.
