If you’re struck by sudden back pain, sustain a sports injury or have an ear infection or UTI, our expert medical team can treat you at a Laya Health and Wellbeing Clinic.
Our clinics are open 10am - 10pm, 365 days a year, to everyone over the age of 12 months, and you won’t wait any more than an hour to be seen.
Our members can also avail of a range of wellbeing services – things like HeartBeat cardiac screening and consultations with a Healthcoach.

Whether it’s stress, anxiety, relationships, money worries or workplace pressure—we’re here to look after you always.
The 24/7 Mental Wellbeing Support Programme is a confidential, around-the-clock service, provided at no extra cost to all laya healthcare members aged 16+.
We offer a wide range of services including:
- Immediate phone support from Irish-based, qualified psychotherapists
- Up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions per issue, per year where necessary
- Advice on legal, financial, work-related, and personal challenges
- Faster referrals with counselling sessions offered within 5 working days
- Unlimited 24/7 access—call as often as you need, anytime
