Introducing Our New GP Line for FamilyCare Scheme Members

Contacting your GP for medical advice*, reassurance or guidance, especially outside surgery hours or during the working day can often prove inconvenient. Laya Healthcare is the only private medical insurer in Ireland to provide you with a confidential GP telephone consultation service. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provides advice, reassurance and where appropriate, diagnosis about your concern. This service is a benefit which is included on the FamilyCare scheme.

When you call the GP line, your call will be answered by a trained operator who will take some details and a GP will call you back at a time that suits you. You can call as often as you like and there is no time limit. Infertility Benefit

We are the only healthcare provider to offer members cover for infertility treatment. To help you start your family we'll give €1,000 towards specific infertility treatment carried out at Laya Healthcare approved centres. All our members can now avail of a 24 hour confidential Nurseline on all our schemes, offering advice and assurance to members day or night. Call 1850 923 500 and quote your membership number.

Increased Maternity & Breastfeeding Consultation Benefit

As well as increasing our maternity benefits on certain schemes, we have also introduced cover for breastfeeding visits as part of your pre & post natal package. So while you concentrate on your new arrival let us look after the extra costs for you!

Adult Counselling
