Everyday Medical Costs

Your everyday medical expenses are also known as out-patient expenses. These include expenses that you pay yourself on a day-to-day basis, such as GP fees, visits to consultants or fees for physiotherapy. CompanyCare Suite members can claim 50 - 75% back on everyday medical costs from a large list of approved treatment, up to a maximum payment of €7,650 each year. There is no excess to reach – so you can benefit from the word go!

*General practitioners' fees The cost of a hearing test up to a maximum of €40 each year
The cost of a Laya Healthcare executive health check at a Laya Healthcare approved centre every two years. These centres may change from time to time so please call us for an up to date list before having your screening. *** The cost of emergency restorative dental treatment, by a dentist for, and which immediately follows (i.e. within five days), a dental injury caused by an accidental external impact, up to a maximum of €510 for each accident
Fees for approved complementary medicine therapists - acupuncture, osteopathy, homeopathy and chiropractic (up to 12 visits per practitioner) The cost of visits to an optician, plus glasses each year, CompanyCare Starter up to a maximum of €20 per year, CompanyCare Choice, CompanyCare, CompanyCare Plus and CompanyCare Premium up to €150 per year and CompanyCare Gold up to €20 per year

Cccupational therapist, up to 5 visits per year, plus 1 assessment up to a maximum of €60 and 1 assessment up to €77 on CompanyCare Gold The cost of travel vaccinations, up to a maximum of €60 each year when provided by a GP or consultant (applies to CompanyCare Choice, CompanyCare, CompanyCare Plus and CompanyCare Premium)
Pathologists fees by consultants in our full cover scheme Hospital fees for radiology and pathology (except MRI)
** The cost of home nursing (on consultant referral) following in-patient treatment up to a maximum of €1,400 per year Certain medical and surgical appliances on our approved list

*Members of the CompanyCare Plus scheme and the CompanyCare Premium scheme can claim 75% back on the cost of these benefits.
