Terms and Conditions – WIN a Fitbit Inspire

1. Competition is open to current laya healthcare members over the age of 18 only.
2. Laya healthcare employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the competition.
3. Only one entry per person, will be entered into the draw.
4. To be included in the competition draw, members must book a face to face Healthcoach consultation on or before January 31st 2020.
5. The winner will be chosen at random and notified through email.
6. In the event that laya healthcare is unable to contact the winner within 30 days, it will draw a replacement winner and the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
7. The prize consists of 1 Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker.
8. Prizes are not transferable for any other alternative.
9. Laya healthcare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.
10. By entering the competition you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
