Work Life Integration (often referred to as work-life balance) has emerged in recent years as an important issue for both employees and companies alike. Prior research has shown that companies committed to work-life balance practices are more likely to experience success in terms of recruitment, team morale and employee commitment.
Our focus group led report into the experience of work-life integration for select group of employees, managers or departments in a company will provide you with the tools and practical tips and tricks to be able to cope with a busy schedule and to succeed in organising your life and to stop overthinking things
- A pre-focus group call to determine the boundaries, e.g. can flexible work practices be discussed?
- An agreement on the issues to be focused on.
- A 2-hour focus group, after which notes are transcribed and a bespoke report is issued.
This is a bespoke consultancy project delivered by a qualified Organisational Psychologist. All our Psychologists are fully qualified and hold current membership with the Psychological Society of Ireland.
Restrictions on group numbers are not limited but we suggest no more than 10 participants.
