Mindfulness refers to the focusing of attention and awareness on the present and fosters the ability to inhibit those very quick emotional impulses. Research suggests that mindfulness practices are useful in the treatment and management of pain, stress, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, anger management and addiction. This is a 6-week seminar series allowing participants to learn the principles of mindfulness and incorporate it into their daily life.

- The focus and approach of this programme can be tailored depending on the needs of your company, whether you are training managers or all team members.
- Direct work with individuals and groups includes psycho education around mindfulness approach, mindfulness skills training and homework to facilitate learning of the practical content in a comprehensive manner.
- An attendance record will be kept on the number of employees who attend each seminar, as well as feedback from the programme and the number that completed the 6 week programme.
We have a team of highly qualified counselling Psychologists who have skills in a wide range of psychological approaches, including mindfulness to deliver this programme. All of our Psychologists are fully qualified and hold current membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
This programme can facilitate up to 20 participants per workshop.
