Sleep Workshop Series
Our sleep workshop series uses cognitive behavioural therapy techniques and interventions to help people who experience difficulty sleeping to think and behave like good sleepers. At the end of this programme you will see results in the form of employees who are more alert, engaged and productive.
The workshops are each 1 hour and are delivered over 5 weeks. The sessions consolidate skills learned from one week to the next. Sleep diaries are provided along with questionnaires.
The main components of the workshops are:
- Changing conditional associations (stimulus control)
- Sleep restriction
- Reducing sleep pre-occupation, effort and anxiety around sleep
- Relaxation techniques
The training is delivered by one of our highly qualified and experienced sleep experts.
There is no limit on the number of participants for the sleep workshop series.
