Pilates Classes 6 & 12 Weeks

Pilates is a mat based form of exercise which is low impact in nature and uses gentle resistance to both strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the whole body, but with special emphasis on strengthening the core. These classes run over a 6-week period. The benefits of Pilates include:

Pilates classes are generally delivered once per week for either 6 weeks (or 12 weeks). We can however tailor them to suit specific requirements on a bespoke basis. All classes can be arranged at the time which best suits your company and employees. Classes are subject to adequate facilities. 

The programme is delivered by a fitness instructor. 

Maximum of 12 participants per group.
