Mobility Classes 6 & 12 Weeks

Mobility classes will allow everyone to focus on the maintenance and strength of the joints, tendons, and ligaments.

We will work on flexibility, stiffness, and on the improvement of muscle movement around a range of motion, which is essential to proper recovery, greatly reducing soreness, and improving your overall health.

This programme is delivered by a fitness instructor. 

Maximum 12 participants per group.
